Texas AI Act

Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act (TRAIGA, HB 149): A law that bans intentional discrimination, unlawful deepfakes, and manipulation by AI, and that requires government agencies to disclose AI use and to test new systems in a regulatory sandbox. Effective January 1, 2026.
