Colorado AI Act

Colorado Consumer AI Act (CAIA, SB 24‑205): A law that requires developers and deployers of high‑risk AI systems in Colorado to exercise care against algorithmic bias and to disclose to users when they interact with AI. Effective February 1, 2026.
