Associated Model

An Associated Model in ModelOp Center is a model that performs monitoring or testing functions for another business model. It is linked ("associated") with a model implementation to routinely evaluate performance, compliance, fairness, or risk. These models may be scheduled to run at specific intervals or triggered by events in the model’s life cycle. Associated models use predefined or custom logic to analyze metrics, compare results against thresholds (e.g., from decision tables), and help enforce governance policies. Treating monitors as models ensures version control, auditability, and reuse across multiple model implementations.
