AUC

AUC stands for "Area Under the ROC Curve." A summary measure of the ROC curve that quantifies a model’s ability to distinguish between classes. A higher AUC indicates better discrimination. For example, an AUC of 0.90 means the model has a 90% chance of ranking a randomly chosen positive instance higher than a randomly chosen negative one.
