Senior Demand Generation and Integrated Marketing Manager
As the Senior Demand Generation and Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing both inbound and outbound marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be working closely with the VP of Marketing to develop comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns that fuel our sales pipeline. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise B2B marketing, selling into Fortune 500 companies, and experience in scaling marketing efforts within a fast-paced start-up environment. You will be both strategic and tactical, taking ownership of demand generation and content marketing initiatives to elevate our brand and product in the market.

Responsibilities
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated demand generation strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth for our AI governance software.
- Inbound & Outbound Marketing: Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, leveraging email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, webinars, paid advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Content Marketing: Create and oversee the development of high-impact content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blogs, eBooks, and videos) that resonates with our target audience and supports lead generation.
- Channel Marketing: Support partner and channel marketing programs that expand our market reach and drive co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives, tracking key metrics and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer’s journey, using marketing automation tools.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, adjust strategies as needed, and deliver insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging, enabling a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns that deliver maximum ROI.
- Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on AI governance trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously refine and innovate demand generation strategies.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving growth in a B2B software, SaaS, or tech environment, ideally within the AI or AI governance space.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working in start-up environments, particularly in high-growth tech companies.
- Strong expertise in both inbound and outbound marketing, with proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), data and engagement tools (6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft), and ad platforms (Googles, LinkedIn).
- Exceptional content marketing skills, with a knack for developing engaging, thought leadership-driven content for complex industries.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Hands-on, self-starter attitude, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of AI-related industries, trends, and the challenges faced by organizations in AI governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI, AI governance, compliance, or adjacent industries.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and industry dynamics.
