It is an exciting day for us, if only because people will stop asking “Why are you called Open Data Group?” after they understand what we do. More importantly the name change cements our commitment to and sole focus on helping our customers build out Model Operations, a critical capability for them to scale and realize the transformational value of AI.

Here’s Gartner’s take on it, a category they call MLOps . We prefer the more generalized “ModelOps” as our customers need to deploy, monitor and govern many types of models, not just ML.

The last 3 years as Open Data Group have been an amazing start to this journey, as we have built out our team and technology. Thanks to our customers who have been instrumental in shaping our software and solution offerings. Thanks to the amazing team of tech entrepreneurs, data scientists, field engineers, software developers, and ML architects for believing in the vision and working tirelessly to get us to this point.

Take a deep breath. We are just getting started.

Matching for Non Random Studies

Experimental designs such as A/B testing are a cornerstone of statistical practice. By randomly assigning treatments to subjects, we can test the effect of a test versus a control (as in a clinical trial for a proposed new drug) or can determine which of several web...

Distances And Data Science
