Omodunni Ayodele is Vice President and Product Owner of the Global Responsible AI Program at Prudential
With nearly a decade of experience at the firm, she began her journey supporting second-line technology and cyber risk functions and has since become a driving force behind enterprise-wide risk initiatives.
In her current role, Omodunni leads the design and execution of Prudential’s Responsible AI governance strategy, embedding risk-by-design principles to enable innovation while safeguarding trust and accountability. Her foundation in Management Information Systems and her early career in technology operational risk management have positioned her as a thought leader in emerging technology risk. She authored Prudential’s first enterprise standard for AI/ML and data analytics product development and has developed risk and control frameworks for technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Prior to joining Prudential, Omodunni worked at Deloitte & Touche, advising leading financial services clients on technology and information risk strategy. Her consulting experience includes leading multi-stream capability assessments, regulatory readiness programs, and domain-specific reviews across cybersecurity, data governance, and privacy. She has designed governance frameworks and operating models that unlock business value and drive strategic alignment across the financial services industry.

Jennifer leads customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies at ModelOp, partnering closely with our enterprise clients to ensure the successful adoption of our software and help achieve their desired business outcomes.
Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in customer success, enterprise consulting, and business transformation. Prior to joining ModelOp, she held leadership roles at Domo, Toptal, and Accenture, where she led large-scale customer experience and change management initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across communications, technology, and enterprise software. At Domo, she was responsible for driving net revenue retention across strategic enterprise accounts, and at Accenture, she served as Managing Director, leading sales and transformation efforts across key client portfolios.
Jennifer is known for building high-performing customer success teams, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Her areas of expertise include voice of the customer programs, organizational change management, and business process optimization. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Colorado State University and completed the Executive Course in Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School.
