ModelOp is looking to hire a hands-on Marketing leader to help take us to the next stage of accelerated revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual should have a successful track record of defining and executing a growth-focused marketing strategy in a dynamic startup environment. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, and hands-on with a proven track record of creating an outstanding pipeline and directly contributing to the company’s sales objectives within a software startup.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a holistic marketing strategy focused on both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion to exceed company revenue goals
  • Own and manage all marketing activities – content generation and strategy, lead generation, public relations strategy including analyst relations, social media, brand awareness, webinars, website, etc.
  • Oversee Demand Generation, including defining and refining the customer lifecycle and buyer journeys, analyzing the effectiveness of all demand-generating marketing channels, and working with Sales to scale or adjust
  • Serve on the Executive Team as the principal voice of the Marketing organization, creating and nurturing a highly effective feedback loop of understanding and coordination among Product, Sales and Marketing
  • Build and enhance recognition of the ModelOp brand and software
  • Collaborate with the Product team to refine and scale go-to-market execution, including segmentation, pricing, market insights, & competitive intel
  • Work as a manager and an individual contributor, helping us execute quickly and at an extremely high quality

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related discipline
    • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in related industry
    • Ideal candidate will have enterprise software product marketing experience with an early-stage company
    • Experience managing and leveraging outsourced marketing resources in a cost-effective manner
    • Solid knowledge of ABM, CRM software and digital marketing techniques
