We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our go-to-market team and support our Account Executives and VP of Marketing to ensure we hit our pipeline targets and revenue goals. Sales Operations responsibilities include supporting our CRM and GTM tech stack operations, finding and managing lead/contact/account data, developing and operating sales engagement campaigns, conducting research and analyzing data, and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our GTM team reaches its goals. You’ll report into the VP of Marketing and will work directly with our Account Executives, Executive Team, and Marketing Operations lead.

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing team to build target lead lists and validate contact data
  • Support lead generation projects — including developing and executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and build sales pipeline
  • Support, manage and execute sales and marketing projects
  • Support and manage sales operations processes related to our CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement platform (Salesloft), and Marketing Automation platform (Pardot)
  • Increase Account Executives efficiency with leads, data, and time management


    • Demonstrable interest in technology sales and marketing
    • Willingness to learn sales and marketing skills, processes, and technology
    • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (high emotional intelligence and personable)
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data , ensure fidelity, and make suggestions on how to improve the processes
    • Comfortable working and communicating across teams
    • Competent digital skillset using software tools such as Microsoft or Google’s Office products
    • Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
    • Desire to work in the tech industry with a growing company
    • Intelligent, motivated, competitive and organized with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get-the-job done attitude
    • Bachelor’s degree 
    • 0 to 1 years of professional experience
    • US work authorization is required
    • Pluses, but not required:
        • Marketing, sales, business, engineering, or data science background
        • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Spreadsheets
