Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious demand generation director, with a customer-centric focus for driving measurable pipeline results, supporting the continuous fast growth of the company and of the emerging ModelOps market.

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in marketing programs roles (both individual contributor and managerial roles) for a technology company with ABM, campaign and demand generation responsibilities for new customer capture and retention, as well as expansion and growth of existing customers. Extensive experience in planning and executing integrated demand and ABM efforts across sales and marketing functions is a key requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ABM/Demand to develop holistic strategy for driving relevant programs across ModelOp’s total addressable market
  • Create end-to-end campaign approaches for 1:1 ABM, scalable ABM, customer marketing, vertical marketing and broader demand programs that incorporate tactics and resources within and beyond the ABM/demand function
  • Develop targeted marketing programs and campaigns for specific named accounts and apply ABM process and techniques to increase pipeline with high quality opportunities for both direct and indirect sales teams
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs using all forms of traditional and new marketing channels available to reach prospective buyers (practitioners, executives, influencers and all involved in the buying effort) including predictive intent analytics
  • Collaborate with all constituents in marketing, sales, product and partners to design effective programs, in-sync with ModelOp’s corporate and target market launches and related activities
  • Consistent focus on optimizing programs using metrics and data including but not limited to lead volume and conversion, program pipeline, velocity in funnel metrics, opportunity conversion
  • Develop integrated complementary strategies and plans with digital teams to develop advertising, banner/display ads and retargeting to reach target audiences, including co-branded campaigns with partners
  • Collaborate with and communicate any upcoming programs with BDR/ISD teams, direct sales, partners and product marketing teams
  • Measure and report on key metrics to various stakeholders monthly, quarterly or as needed
  • Ensure marketing assets, content and promotional vehicles have compelling copy and align to ModelOp’s overall brand, campaign and product messaging for maximum impact
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure that the targeted list of companies, personas and overall account profiles are kept current and available to all marketing and sales teams

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B integrated marketing and sales programs with a results driven approach to pipeline generation
  • Demonstrated success in managing targeted lead generation efforts and funnel management
  • Clear understanding of funnel metrics, ROI, targets and analysis and the
    ability to affect results across multiple functions
  • Vertical industry program experience in key targeted verticals including
    financial services, manufacturing, retail, and other key verticals a plus
  • Proficient understanding of database marketing, CRM, marketing automation (Pardot, SFDC and other marketing automation and analytics tools)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and 1:1 collaboration)
  • Strong analytical skills applicable to target market analysis and funnel management/related KPI’s, forecasting and the ability to adapt strategies and execution tactics as needed
  • Advanced leadership skills
  • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across teams, customers, sales, partners, vendors
  • High self- motivation with a sense of urgency
