Job Description

Senior Demand Generation and Integrated Marketing Manager with startup and AI-related industry experience to lead our inbound and outbound marketing efforts and drive demand for our AI Governance platform.

The role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach email and omni-channel campaigns targeting key strategic accounts.
  • Create segmentations for all email programs to ensure personalized and targeted communication.
  • Design and implement emails and promotions for webinars, product updates, drip campaigns, review campaigns, virtual conferences, and other relevant initiatives.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, including paid ads, email, webinar, and SEO, to maximize reach and impact.
  • Work and collaborate with our third-party digital marketing agencies to build, execute, analyze our marketing efforts
  • Manage budget, performance, and reporting for campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar for omnichannel marketing campaigns
  •  Implement a campaign review process to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Thought Leadership and Webinars

  • Develop programs for thought leadership initiatives and conduct monthly demo webinars.
  • Create outreach sequences for sales teams post-webinars and events to maximize lead conversion.

Content creation

  • Brainstorm and assist in developing content for campaigns.

Sales collaboration

  • Product lead performance reports and participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings to ensure we’re tracking to goals and following up on leads.
  • Establish weekly lead intelligence meetings to review account data from 6sense and Bombora in order to prioritize sales reps prospecting efforts and drive target account outreach.

Vendor Management

  • Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors contributing to demand creation and field marketing programs.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, overall funnel conversion metrics, and regularly analyze data to evaluate campaign success.

Innovation and Optimization

  • Research marketing trends to continually innovate and test new lead generation approaches.
  • Work with the sales team to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Able to analyze data and construct reports to evaluate campaign success.
  • Provide actionable data analysis.


    • 6 to 12 years of demand gen and life cycle marketing with software companies (SaaS or enterprise)
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Pardot and Salesforce experience
    • Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, familiarity with Google and LinkedIn Ad platforms  
    • Experience with AI / ML technologies
    • Comfortable in a startup environment with evolving needs, roles, and responsibilities
    • Sales experience a plus
