- The generation and assignment of high-quality opportunities to the Field Sales Organization, from inbound and outbound leads
- A disciplined, programmatic approach to campaign-based pipeline generation and Marketing Sales Ready Lead qualification.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Teams on territory and account-based sales plans – a joint plan for success
- Develop new opportunities and activities at high levels
- Prospecting at C-level, VP and Director Levels
- Step up throughout the entire Sales cycle and go beyond the handoff point when appropriate
- 3+ years in software B2B BDR/ISD/LDR teams
- Proven track record of accomplishments and over-achievement of goals
- Outbound sales experience in a corporate environment desirable
- Highly competitive streak
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and driven to succeed in sales
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Highly experienced in Social Selling
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Salesforce.com experience desirable
