Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts to drive new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand ModelOp’s footprint within existing accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects and Data Scientists, to understand customer requirements and position ModelOp’s solutions effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines and accurately forecast revenue on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to educate prospects and customers about ModelOp’s solutions and value proposition.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Demonstrated expertise in solution selling and complex sales cycles, preferably within the AI/ML, analytics, or data management space.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
